We, Future Development Services (FDS), have recognized the fact that clients'
needs have become more complex and specialized,widening the gap between HR
needs and work force capabilities, and thus we crossed the T's and dotted the
I's by walking towards our valuable clients' needs.We offer a wide range of
human resources performance improvement, team and operational management
training programs that can be flexed to ensure we are delivering the specific
skill and the support you require. Unlike some training providers, our programs
are bespoke and only contain the training that is relevant to the clients
needs.
The training elements is not exhaustive, though is intended to provide a strong
flavor of the breadth of skills and knowledge we can potentially provide. The
programs can be developed using any of the elements, irrespective of category.
For example, we can structure in depth programs that focus only on one or two
elements, such as leadership competency and process activity mapping, or we can
cover a much broader range of skills to deliver a general working
understanding. The choice is yours.
