Technical Support & Maintenance
Our technical support department performs to exceed our customers' expectations
in respect to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our paramount priority
is to maintain a non-stop operation of the system. This level of service is
made possible through a dedicated Help Desk service and subsequent follow up
until the customer agrees to closure of the reported incident. We also believe
that empowering the technical staff of our customers is the best insurance
policy for proper system operation. Therefore, we take initiatives to maintain
our customers' system administrators adequately trained on every software and
hardware system component. Our technical support staff are regularly trained
and certified on the software and hardware products. For hardware items, we
conduct preventive maintenance visits and keep records of anticipated spare
parts requirements in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations. Our spare
parts supplies are ordered in accordance with such preventive maintenance
reports.
